NO REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the nature of our services and agreements with pool providers, all lessons are non-refundable under any circumstances. All sales are final, and no exceptions will be made. Payment for each swimming session (entire multi-week class) is due up front before child begins lessons.
ZERO ABSENCE POLICY
In general, credit for absences is not offered. Please keep in mind Shrimply the Best NWA pays for pool time, and if you don’t show up for lessons, we are still required to pay for the pool usage whether or not you attend your scheduled time.
Note: On a case-by case basis, we might consider make-up lessons for maintenance lessons only. If your kiddo will miss a maintenance lesson, we require at least 24 hour’s notice. We will offer possible days/times for the lesson to be made up in the current swimming session. Carrying over makeup lessons to a future session is not allowed. In the event of an extended illness or injury that prevents your child from participating in class, we will work on an individual plan with you. Make-up lessons are never guaranteed.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Shrimply the Best NWA: If swimming lessons have to be canceled due to inclement weather, we will reach out to you directly via text and post on social media! If you don't hear from us, assume the lessons are on!
Jones Center: If there is lightning within a 5-mile radius we will be asked to get out of the pool and wait 30 minutes.
MAKE-UPS
If lessons are canceled due to inclement weather, Mondays/Saturdays are set aside for make-ups lessons (dependent on schedule and pool availability).
